Download a whole parcel at once
If the sender or a signed-in downloader is on Pro, the entire parcel can be downloaded as one ZIP with its folder structure intact.
Notification emails in three languages
When emailing external recipients you can choose Traditional Chinese, English, or Japanese, and times now follow the sender's time zone.
End-to-end encryption beta
Signed-in members can turn on end-to-end encryption when sending. Files, folder structure, file names, titles, and notes are encrypted in the browser, and the server stores only ciphertext.
More complete translations and mobile layouts
Missing English and Japanese text has been filled in, and enterprise management is easier to use on phones.
Notification emails no longer include parcel content
Arrival emails only show the sender, the link, and the deadline. Messages and file details stay inside the parcel.
More reliable transfers for very large files
Very large files no longer fail late in the upload, and you are told right away if a file exceeds the size limit.
Bring screen recordings straight into PRV5
Videos recorded in Smalltools can go straight to the studio. You still set the password and expiry before sending.
Plans now based on storage
You can upload as long as you have space left, and space comes back as soon as a parcel is destroyed or expires. Existing parcels keep their original terms.
No daily limit for image and video parcels
Parcels containing only images or videos are no longer subject to the daily open limit, which suits sharing with more people.
See your remaining space in the studio
Your usage is visible as you pick files. If you run short, you can upgrade to Pro on the spot and return to where you were.
Enterprise audit logs and monthly security reports
Enterprise admins can search and export records of parcels being created, opened, downloaded, and destroyed, and receive a security report each month.
Enterprise workspaces and branding
Enterprises can use a dedicated subdomain and add their own logo and wallpapers.
Ask someone to send you files
Create an invitation link and the other person can send you files without signing up.
Name your parcels
Give a parcel its own name when sending. Uploading a folder fills in the folder name automatically.
Your name and company logo in notification emails
Set a display name in your account and emails will show it as the sender. Enterprise emails also carry their own logo.
All your received parcels in one place
Parcels sent to you by email or through an invitation link are collected in the inbox in your account.
Send parcels by email
Signed-in members can send a parcel link straight to someone's inbox instead of passing it along themselves.
Get notified when a parcel is opened
Turn on the notification when sending by email and you will get an email when the parcel is opened or destroyed.
A brand-new studio
Sending and receiving have been redesigned, with whole-folder drag and drop, multi-file parcels, and online previews.
Access limits now count parcel opens
Opening a parcel counts once. Previews and downloads during that visit are not counted again, so a one-time multi-file parcel can be fully downloaded.
Geometric backgrounds
The studio, receiving page, and invited upload page now have full-screen geometric backgrounds, with colors for both light and dark mode.
Share parcels with a QR code
Once a parcel is ready, you can copy the link or show and download a QR code.
Pro plan launched
Upgrade to Pro for more space and longer retention, and manage your subscription from your account at any time.
